Visit brand that uses Penefit as the reward platform. Inquiry staff for assistant on how to join the brand’s membership.
Some brands charge a fee to become member, some not.
Normally by having a transaction with the brand will automatically join the brand’s membership program.
If your account is sign up via “Sign Up With Penefit”:
In the mobile, tap “Sign In” -> “Forget Password” -> Key in Email address -> Tap “Send”. You will get a reset password link to reset your Penefit account password.
If you received a physical member card from merchant:
Login by using member card number as username, PIN as password.
If you account is sign up via “Sign up with Facebook” or “Sign up via SMS”:
Use your facebook account or mobile number to sign in respectively.
Please check which method is your account created initially. Either is sign up via Penefit form, Facebook or mobile phone.
